
During the booking process Client is asked to give the permission for processing his personal data by Design City for the use of hotel reservation of the apartment.
In both cases Client is asked to immediately inform Design City by email or phone. Changing of booking or cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the arrival.
Payment must be done for the whole stay in cash in the apartment at the moment of registration or by money transfer 24 hours prior to the beginning of the hotel day. If the payment is not yet visible at Design City account, the money transfer confirmation must be send by mail.
Design City accepts at the apartment payment only in cash in PLN or Euro.
Design City is a VAT tax payer. VAT invoices are available upon request. All prices include taxes.
Hotel Day in our apartments starts at 1 pm and ends at 11 am next day.
Filling in the registration form and Receiving the Keys
Client fills in the registration form after the arrival at the booked apartment. And at the same time signs the short term rental agreement. Only the people who are registered at the arrival can stay at the apartment.
Client receives the keys in the apartment at the hour specified in the booking. In case of not being able to arrive for the certain hour Client must immediately inform Design City.
